March's membership meeting took place in sunny Kaka'ako, where the most recent mural art installations of Pow! Wow! Hawaii were on display for public viewing. Jeff Gress, founder of Lana Lane Studios and co-director of Pow! Wow! Worldwide, led the personalized walking tour, showing us the artists' creations and sharing the backstory of the artists as well as his own thoughts on the murals. After about an hour walk around the neighborhood in the afternoon sun, members relaxed with an ice cold beer at Village Bottle Shop and Tasting in Room in Salt at Our Kaka'ako.
