THE MODERN HONOLULU is excited to announce the promotion of Veronica Paige to Chef Concierge!

Veronica was formerly a seasoned Concierge from Wynn Las Vegas and joined The MODERN HONOLULU Concierge Team back in August 2014. Her dedication to being a top notch Concierge was apparent well before she got promoted as Concierge Supervisor at The MODERN. Her passion for the hotel industry and high quality of service has rewarded her with many accolades including the prestigious TripAdvisor Exceptional Customer Service Award in 2015, TMH Team Member of the 2nd Quarter Award in 2016, and Na Po’e Pa’ahana Front Office of the Year 2017 Honorable Mention. We are thrilled to have her as part of our team and know that she will drive the concierge team and our overall hotel guest service to excellence.
